Great story Grant. I can understand your skepticism as the prescribed medicine looks like goat pellets found out in a field. Don’t keep us waiting too long for an update.
Good questions Ran. Science tells us to experiment with an open mind and be guided by empirical evidence. The thing with spiritual experimentation is that all we have is our subjective experiences. I'm happy to remain open-minded and test the claims for myself. I have no expectations either way, which should minimise placebo. I'm sure the Tibetans have a whole different way of thinking and talking about energy, but to my mind, energy blockages are when the natural flow of energy within the body is disrupted, which might affect physical, emotional, and mental health. I am treating the experience, and the prescribed remedy, as a subjective experiment. :) Thanks for a great comment mate.
You may know this stuff already, but here I go:
AGAR 15: made from 15 (unspecified) Himalayan herbs and minerals; used for -
body pains
wind
blood disorders
SOM: from a vine which produces a sour milky juice making an intoxicating drink used in Vedic rituals
KHUNG: "broth"
SOMNOR: for sleep "sleeper"
An intoxicating milky sleep broth to cure my wind. This should be interesting. Thanks Matt, great sleuthing brother!
Did you keep up with the meds?
Yep! Religiously!

Thanks for the mental image mate!🐐🤭
Great writing Grant. I can’t wait to read your take on the effectiveness of the brown smarties. Cheers
Thanks Pete!
Really enjoyed reading that. Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the medication, finding out what happens next.
Thanks Stan, I'm intrigued as well!
