Good questions Ran. Science tells us to experiment with an open mind and be guided by empirical evidence. The thing with spiritual experimentation is that all we have is our subjective experiences. I'm happy to remain open-minded and test the claims for myself. I have no expectations either way, which should minimise placebo. I'm sure the Tibetans have a whole different way of thinking and talking about energy, but to my mind, energy blockages are when the natural flow of energy within the body is disrupted, which might affect physical, emotional, and mental health. I am treating the experience, and the prescribed remedy, as a subjective experiment. :) Thanks for a great comment mate.
